Migrating To GB WhatsApp

The next step is to migrate from our current WhatsApp to GB WhatsApp and this is what you must do in order to keep your chats to the new WhatsApp.

If you don’t do this, the GB WhatsApp will actually work for you but you will lose all your chats until you redo it after backup migration.

Firstly, open your file manager and click on Android then click on media and create a new folder named com.gbwhatsapp

Open it and inside that folder create another folder with the name GBWhatsApp then inside it create another one called Backups

Now open the Android folder then click on media depending on the name of your current WhatsApp you must see it from there.

If you are using the original WhatsApp you will see com.whatsapp, if you are using FM WhatsApp you will see com.fmwhatsapp, and WhatsApp business com.whatsapp.w4b

This actually depends on the WhatsApp you are using you can check out the package name of your WhatsApp and after that click on the name of your WhatsApp to proceed.

Click on it again then press and hold the backups folder, this is what we need to copy to the GBWhatsApp/Backups folder and we’re going to do it this way.

Press and hold the backups folder and click on copy then go to Android >> media >> com.gbwhatsapp >> GBWhatsApp >> backups and paste it there.

Now you need to register your number on GB WhatsApp and after a verifying you must see a backup restoration notice then accept it to restore the backup.

If you don’t see the backup notice it means you might have done it incorrectly, you can redo it again to be able to backup your chats.

This is it and this is how simple it is after that you can now verify your number and start using your WhatsApp as usual but this will be a bit different with more features.

How To Download View Once

Now that you have downloaded done all the above instructions and you will successfully installed and verified GB WhatsApp you can now download view once media.
